Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tested.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, refunds or exchanges may not be available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

- Photos of the product and packaging
- Details of the issue
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Handmade Product Variation
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur. These natural differences do not affect product quality or performance.
